The 70 year old British and Canadian Avro Lancasters flying together during the Summer of 2014 when the Canadian flew over to Blighty for a visit. The world’s only two airworthy WWII Lancaster bombers were together for just a very brief and historical time. Opportunities to photograph the two iconic aircraft were few however as time was made even shorter by engine troubles that put the Canadian bomber out of commision for much of her stay in the UK.
